PACER is a subscription-based service The current fee is 10 cents per page. You may set up your own account on the registration page.

Started in 2009 by the Free Law Project, Court Listener is an open access website that houses the RECAP archive. The RECAP archive consists of dockets, court documents, and other court information, including every free PACER opinion. Court Listener collects this information by using a Firefox or Chrome extension. For those using the extension, every docket purchased on PACER is added to the archive for others to access for free.
You can search Court Listener a variety of ways:
Court Listener docket entries will either have a "Download PDF" button or a "Buy on PACER" button. If the document is available in Court Listener, it will be downloadable. If not, Court Listener links directly to PACER, the online portal for U.S. district, bankruptcy, and appellate courts. PACER is a subscription service that charges ten cents per page. Documents linked to PACER from Court Listener must be purchased.
