Introduction

Scholastica is a modern academic publishing platform that streamlines the traditional, paper-based law review process and provides an efficient online system for submissions, peer review, and publication.

  • To open a Scholastica account, please contact Olivia Weeks.
  • Submissions generally include an abstract, keywords, and your final manuscript. Scholastica will automatically send your bio information to the journals.
  • You may submit to more than one journal at a time. Get more information on the Scholastica website.

How Much Do Submissions Cost?

Submission prices vary based on whether you submit to law reviews or scholarly journals.

Law Reviews: $6.60 for each law review submitted to. For example, if an author submits one manuscript to five law reviews, the total submission fee would be $33.00.

Scholarly Journals: $10 for each submission. Note, unlike law reviews, scholarly journals do not allow authors to submit to multiple journals simultaneously.
